Christina Ricci
While Christina Ricci has been known today primarily for her edgy roles, her early parts were quite different. For many fans of 90s films, Ricci is perhaps famous for her role as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family. Her character’s sadistic and dark personality pretty much got stuck with Ricci in her later career. She then became a teen idol over the decade through her roles in Casper and Now and Then. Her sweet personality in character has made her beloved with many audiences.
Today, Ricci has become known for her unconventional and dark roles. Recently, the actress portrayed historical characters such as Lizzie Borden, Nellie Bly, and Zelda Fitzgerald in TV series and movies, mainly with the Lifetime Network. Of course, she has demonstrated her talent in other genres, with her guest performance in Grey’s Anatomy in 2006 given credit and highly praised by both fans and critics.
