Queen Latifah


Dana Elaine Owens, known professionally as Queen Latifah, is an American musician and actress who rose to prominence in the late 1980s by launching a surge of female rappers and redefining a predominantly male genre. Due to her contributions, she went on to become a well-known star. She was a member of the all-female rap collective Ladies Fresh in high school and later released a demo tape that grabbed the attention of Tommy Boy Records. Her first single, Wrath of My Madness, was released in 1988, and her debut album, All Hail the Queen, was released the following year.

The singer would continue on with relative success, meeting long-time partner Eboni Nichols in 2009. Although the singer has been extremely secretive regarding their relationship, it is known is that they’ve been together since 2013. Later on in 2018, the couple was spotted at a Beverly Hills medical facility, with Nichols having a visible baby bump. They then reportedly welcomed their child in 2019 as a happy family.
